We are glad to had the opportunity to present our experiences with Goepel Boundary Scan tools at the Goeple Boundary Scan Days. The main part of our presentation was regarding the testing of analog circuits which are typically not testable with boundary scan. The presentation bases on a smart card verification and test equipment (MultiIO-Reader) that ASCOT has developed for NXP Semiconductors.
